!

I hope you enjoy this video of the puppies aged 4 days old, ahh gorgeous PEBBLES.

Picnic’s a very attentive mother and has been dedicated to her puppies from the moment they were born. She is caring for her their every need and I couldn’t ask more of her actually. The first three days she was stuck to them like glue only leaving them to pop to the garden for a toilet, but the past few days she is quite happy to pop out of whelping area to enjoy some family cuddles time, have a munch of her bone and to have a short break away from her puppies when they are sleeping.

What can I tell you about the puppies? Well regarding character I think all puppies are individuals but if raised well by breeder and owner then a well-balanced puppy character will hopefully be gained. A puppy that is content, cuddly, a little bit cheeky and most of all always ready to have some waggy tail fun. If the PEBBLES grow up to be like their parents they will be very clever, easy to train, loyal, gentle natured, easy dogs to live with, as they will aim to please their owners at all times, always be ready for lots of cuddles, therefore making them wonderful pets.

All the puppies are gaining a steady weight daily from their birth weight which is brilliant. I have enjoyed watching the puppies develop over their first week, and have already started a socialisation plan as these puppies get daily handling with lots of paw touching, ear rubbing, tummy rubs and stroking so that they are comfortable with human handling.

Five (possibly 6!) puppies have been already been reserved and their owners have given them lovely names, which really suit them. Picnic and I are very excited for the puppy owners as we know how gorgeous and special these puppies are, plus we know how happy the owners are about their new puppies, which is wonderful and just what I look for in an owner, someone to love these puppies as much as I do.

These puppies mean so much to me and I can’t begin to tell what a pleasure it is to be around them every second of the day, I couldn’t love them anymore than I do, perfect little PEBBLES.

Oh by the way, the sofa is not so bad after the third night although I was a bit achy after the first few nights, it’s my age, not that I get much sleep as I like to offer Picnic food, drink and a toilet break if she needs it, whatever the time. Basically I care for her so that she can be the perfect canine mummy to the PEBBLES.
