Appearance

The Scottish Deerhound is tall and thin, having all the earmarks of being a harshly coated Greyhound, however bigger and strongly boned. History

Nearly identified with the Greyhound, the Scottish Deerhound was once regarded as the Scotch Greyhound, Rough Greyhound and Highland Deerhound.
