As a result, these dogs are loyal watchdogs event today. They are quick to bark at anything that enters your realm. Some estimate the dog being present in Denmark and Sweden as far back as 8000 BC! Their primary jobs were to prevent the sheep from getting lost and to drive horses back and forth.
