Devoted to their owners, who loves nothing more than to be with them wherever they are and what they do. He is member friendly and outgoing, but also more effective monitoring. Always alert and protective of his house and people must give warning if strangers approach you or disturbances occurring on its territory. When meeting other dogs, usually not limited by its size and is ready to be friends, but must be thrown a challenge that will have the courage and will not be back, even if the possibilities under the size and weight, are against him. His docile and happy, make him a good friend of the elderly, children from consideration, but the race is not recommended for families with very young children because it can be easily injured by abuse, and can be immersed in water for noise, frenetic games. I know, of course, an energetic puppy Pom derive much of their exercise through active play and took care of the house and garden. However, we like to go out and about. A daily walk to please him, because to satisfy his inquisitive mind and help keep mentally stimulated and physically fit. Be fast and agile, which is a good candidate for the sport of dog agility.
Education:
the basic obedience training should begin as soon as possible so that the Pomeranian should be a joy to live with and socially acceptable. It is a very intelligent dog and many Poms participated successfully at the highest level of formal obedience. It is not difficult to train, but everything must be based on positive methods with treats and praise and reward for good work. severe methods, physical or verbal are quite unnecessary and, if used, are eroding the bonds of affection, trust and respect that should be the foundation of any successful training. It is important that socialization should begin early in the puppy. To accustom the dog to the largest possible number of people, sights, sounds, animals, etc. can expect to find situations in his life, he spent a well-behaved, respectful, balanced adults to be proud people.
